Nice name change. Of course, this does mean that Portalized will never be released. :( But this also makes me think that a release is almost here. A few more weeks, maybe just days, oh boy!

Another thing, the website still has a LOT of find/replace to do to rebrand it to Pseudoform. :teapot:

Indeed, "Pseudoform" does mean "False Shape". We changed the name for two reasons: We wanted a different name for engine and game (and the attached community idea) and we wanted to be of no conflict to that other 3D game with portals and puzzles because we don't like getting sued. The new name tries to incorporate the community content creation idea which effectively lets Pseudoform have no defined shape at any point because it is what YOU, the players, make it out to be. Thus, yeah, I think Pseudoform fits it perfectly.

With that explanation, I like the new name even more. But one thing we will need to make levels for this game: the teatank mesh. Everyone loves the teatank! :teapot:

Now I'm thinking it was probably put on these forums somewhere a long time ago and I just haven't found it.

Well, awesome new name! Fits nicely.

I've been following Portalized's progress for what seems like well over a year or so now, ever since the first directional-gravity/portalcube demos were put out.. (never got to play around with anything more than that though.)
I was sort of attached to "portalized", but I'll get over it.

Still, I can't wait to play around with this! Been waiting since I first heard of the concept!
I hope a public version is released soon! [-o< I'm getting so anxious..

Yes, it is a very nice site. The one thing that would make it better would be if it had actual game files to download.

This is like the 3-4 days before Christmas: it's all pent up energy, waiting for something SO NEAR to happen. And you just have to sit and wait...
It's almost maddening. :D
