Any updates to the news would be great, as of right now, what I can collect is the only git commits have been Svenstaro's, Jooo's and mine. Svenstaro wrote the unpacking and devkits, Joooo wrote in a getnewton function to the build-all, and I helped get it compiled and running on linux so far. Anyone who can check it so far, and contribute there own stuff will be welcome. If some people can test the build-all.bat windows and see if portalized.cbp compiles and links, and if need be, edit the source to get it to do so would be greatly appreciated.
As of right now, we're still working on integrating chaiscript, OpenAL for sound, and debugging, so if it compiles and links, it will probably just show up with a grey screen with no buttons, you can click around for the play button and it will still be gray until chaiscripting gets finished. thank you.

shua wrote:wow the forums have been reeeeally quiet since it got released, except for the odd, "help! not working" post and the mac testing posts. just thought i'd comment on that, it's like a ghost town, i guess everyone is just stunned into submission by playing it, or they're making really nice props. :teapot:

unfortunatly i got severely disappointed, way too many bugs, unfinished features and other obstacles to create level ideas i had, and it was hard to even recreate things shown in the videos u.u

edit: though one thing that i liked was that i could see that OpenGL can do more than 8 lights, even if it goes into software rendering mode for that (the performance sucks, yet in the same hardware D3D runs silky smooth with tons of lights)
